By downloading, installing, or using the Tajer application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of Tajer, including store owners (merchants), staff members (cashiers and managers), and administrators.

To use Tajer, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to use Tajer only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
Tajer is completely free to use. The App provides a limited amount of cloud storage per store; if you reach this limit, you can delete unneeded files to free up space. There are no fees or paid subscription plans within the App.
No financial data (card numbers, bank credentials) is collected by Tajer.
You own all business data you create within Tajer (products, sales, customers, expenses). By using the App, you grant Tajer a limited licence to process and store that data solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for complying with applicable data protection laws when storing your customers' personal information.
Tajer will not access, sell, or disclose your business data to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
Tajer may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination except where immediate action is required to protect the service or other users.
Tajer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available without interruption, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Tajer is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data displayed in the App. Always verify critical financial data independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tajer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. For material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
